Our students will begin the month of August with our new sermon series, Jesus, Why?, where students will explore some of the biggest questions we have for Jesus and discover His answers through Scripture. Each week, students will learn that Jesus invites them into a deeper relationship by examining the condition of their hearts, choosing to follow Him, extending forgiveness, and living out their faith every day. Our prayer is that students will leave this series with a greater understanding of who Jesus is, a deeper trust in His Word, and a desire to become more like Him.
We will wrap up the series on Wednesday, August 26 with Live DFRNT Night. It will also be Rep Your School Night, so students are encouraged to wear their school colors or school merch as we celebrate the start of the school year together. All students will meet at our Tiny Town Campus from 6-8 for a night of worship, games, community, and a live Q&A where we’ll answer the “Jesus, Why?” questions students have been asking throughout the series. Students are encouraged to bring a friend and parents are invited to attend as well.
