November Sermon Series: At the Movies
We’re kicking off our At the Movies series! Each week, our students will watch clips from some of their favorite childhood movies and discover how these familiar stories connect to biblical truths. We’ll be looking at these movies through a “God filter,” helping students recognize who God is, what He says about them, and how His truth applies to their everyday lives. After all, God can use even the movies we know and love to point us toward Him! We can’t wait to see how God uses this series to encourage and challenge our students.
Live DFRNT Night
We are inviting all students and parents to Live DFRNT night on Wednesday, November 18th at the Rossview Campus. All of our students from our Rossview Campus and our Tiny Town Campus will meet at Rossview. Doors open at 6:00 PM. We will finish out our At the Movies series with a treat, worship, games, and a message! It’s the perfect night to bring a friend and don’t forget that parents are invited, too!
Miracle Offering
This month, our students will partner with OneHope, an organization dedicated to putting God’s Word into the hands of children and teens around the world. And here’s something incredible: every $1 can help share God’s Word with 3 children!
On Live DFRNT Night Wednesday, November 18th, our students will participate in LifePoint’s Miracle Offering. We’re challenging each student to consider bringing $5 to help us reach our goal of $1,500, which could help put God’s Word into the hands of thousands of children around the world!
This is a great opportunity for our students to learn the importance of generosity and discover how even a small gift can make a big impact in sharing the love of Jesus with others. Thank you for partnering with us as we help our students give generously and make a difference!
Thanksgiving Break
There will be no student gatherings on Wednesday, November 25th. We hope all of our students enjoy a safe and fun Thanksgiving Break!
